We specialize in manufacture of Crankshafts especially for Tractor, Automotive & Utility Vehicles. We are O.E. suppliers of Crankshafts for the leading manufacturers of Tractors, Automotive & Utility vehicles in India. We are supplying them the Crankshafts since 1982. We have developed crankshafts for all of their new engine ventures within the stipulated time frame. The Crankshafts are developed using the latest Quality techniques & studied for its feasibility during the processing.

• APQP as a tool is used for developing new models within the given time frame of the customer.
• Process FMEA is used to study the failure modes during manufacturing of the crankshaft.
• SPC is used to study the process capability & machine capability
• MSA techniques are used to study the appraiser & instrument feasibility.

We can manufacture Crankshafts ranging from Single cylinder to Four cylinder, weighing up to 40kgs with an approximate length of 600 - 700mm

Manufacturing Capacity

  •  Induction Hardening Facility:
Presently we possess EMA & AEG (German make) built Induction Hardening facilities. We expertise in Induction Hardening of with & without fillet radius hardening process.
With our past experience & additional requirements for the Induction Hardening process, we are developing with our own design an Induction Hardening facility which will be totally CNC with 6 crankshafts loading facility at a time.
Presently our production turnover is approximately 90,000+ crankshafts, with the increasing demand our production rate is increasing by 50% annually.

  •  Grinding Facility:
Grinding is one of the advanced metal cutting techniques.
Crankshaft grinding is done using manual skill & by latest technology.
CNC grinders have the latest operating systems which help in controlling the process within control. Surface finish achieved after grinding is Ra=40µm max
The process capability achieved on both the setup’s is more than 2.200 (i.e. Cp, Cpk>2.200).

  • Turning Facility:
Crankshafts are manufactured using both Conventional & latest techniques. Crankshafts are considered complex parts to be manufactured, but developed using a simple Center Lathe. The machining process is controlled using the human skill. With the change in technology, systems have changed to CNC Turning Center’s with the latest Siemens system with 6-axis.
