- In-house Calibration Facilities:
We have well equipped In-house calibration facility for all the
instruments, gauges, toolings, etc., used for measurement purpose.
Calibration for Instruments, Gauges & masters is done in-house.
Calibration is done as per the IS / ISO standards with the
traceability of the measuring devices to the NABL & National
Laboratories. The Lab conditions satisfy the International
standards with Room conditions maintained at 20°C ± 1°C
Inspection facility:
We have developed a metrology laboratory in
which
> Micro-hardness testing device software controlled (Vickers)
> Contour (Cylindrical surface & Radius) tracing device
software controlled
> Surface hardness testing facility (Rockwell)
> 2 Dimensional height measuring device
> Metallurgical Microscope with CCD (1000x lens)
> Surface Roughness testing facility (32 parameters)
We have eminent Engineers capable of
developing any type of Jigs & Fixtures, Special Purpose
Machines for any type of Crankshaft.
We have also developed particular gauges with respect to the
dimensions or the measurement requirements of different
Crankshafts.
